LiveTrepCollective Youth Ventures
TrepCollective Youth Ventures helps young people build real companies while learning how to lead themselves and work with others. The curriculum integrates business fundamentals with communication, emotional intelligence, long-term planning, self-control, personal assessment, financial understanding, community impact, and responsible decision-making. Family-based programs, school partnerships, and a sponsor network create multiple ways to participate.
THE PROBLEM
Young people are rarely given a real venture to build — only assignments to complete. Without a real stake, leadership and financial literacy stay theoretical.
THE RESPONSE
Three connected programs make participation possible at every level: a one-to-one family Lab, a school-based Incubator, and a Sponsorship channel that funds access for students who couldn't otherwise afford to participate.
WHO IT SERVES
- Families — one-to-one founder coaching for a student, ages 14-18
- Schools — cohort-based incubator programs for classrooms and institutions
- Sponsors — companies and donors funding student access and scholarships

Youth Ventures proves Magellan's deepest promise first: that a young person can become measurably more capable and agentic by building something real, not by studying it in the abstract.
